Asterisk Park/Pickup Caller ID Issue

We have an issue with our Asterisk server where when an outbound call is made from an IP phone, and the call is parked, the Caller ID is incorrect when the call is picked up.

Example, Ext 101 calls 5195551234 and parks the call. When the call is picked up, the Caller ID shows something like sw_xxxx_SIP.

The developer of our Asterisk software has opened a ticket within the Asterisk community, but we have not made any progress.

We are looking for a skilled Asterisk user/developer to help identify and rectify this issue. All of the macros and contexts are written with AEL language.
