Directory and Article submission

I am looking for someone RELIABLE to submit my 4 websites to both article banks and directories. Maximum budget is $150 - please do not bid higher than this. 2 sites are educational, 2 are commercial. I will provide the articles and key words etc... I will also provide a list of directories and article directories. I am looking at approx 500 directories EACH WEBSITE, and 50 article directories EACH WEBSITE. If you cannot do this in my budget, then I will choose the person who provides the maximum number of submissions for $150. Two main requirements: 1 - they are done manually. If you are able to provide evidence of this, e.g. screenshots, then we can do business. I must see that you have submitted in the right categories. 2 - they are submitted over several days, and not all together - I would like it to look natural to search engines. If you can do this well with minimum hassle, I have plenty of other similar work. Please, you must be easy to communicate with!! Thanks.
