Ad system

We want your bid on making a service site for our discount card. Our graphic design should be integrated and the site should be made for EZ-publishing integration ([login to view URL]) – and we need you to build the following: - an easy advertisement system and text edit user interface with 3 usergroups; 1. level; advertisers can login and add their own ads. The system send bills to the customer and handles the data using etc. PayPal. 2. level; for our partner to easy put ads, text, links and edit their part of the site, 3. level; an admin level for us to control and ad new editable sites for new partners to the system - reports which controls duration of ads, annual reports, cash flow report for a simple and easy invoice possibility.
