Accounting Automation Research -- 2

Essentially we don't want someone to be entering the invoices etc. into our system.. We want to be able to upload them or email them somewhere and they get automatically entered/coded/etc. and then we just export something from that system and import it into our Reckon Accounts file. Does that make sense? Excel / MYOB / XERO require someone to be manually entering in our requirements (e.g. the description of a bill) and we do not want that. Hence why we are getting you to look into this for us. You are required to tell us if the payables automation software is compatible with the following Xero Reckon Accounts Reckon One Quickbooks Online (Intuit) Excel CSV File MYOB [login to view URL] This is a system we were originally looking at - you email through an invoice, they code it and you export a CSV/excel file from that website and import it into Reckon Accounts (RA) The issue with this website is that they don't populate the "description" field or "class" field in RA. As per the spreadsheet I uploaded with the job, there are certain things (such as the description being populated) that we MUST have. Hence why Entryless are no longer a possibility for us. We don't mind how bills are added - it can be someone else manually typing it in or it could be an OCR system. We just need all the options, the capabilities of each software option, the Accounting systems they integrate with and the prices, all summarised. The five softwares we need reviewed are zoho, colorworks , UiPath, itemize and fraedom. Review them along the points mentioned in the attached excel sheet and fill the sheet accordingly. PS:- I DONT NEED JUST YES/ NO ANSWERS. PLEASE BE A LITTLE DESCRIPTIVE.
