Cross Browser Compatible Small Problem

Got a website all done. The drop down menu on top works in most popular browsers but not in some older browsers we believe. NEed someone to check all the most popular browsers and make the site work fine / compatible with the drop downs in all browsers to satisfy 99% including screenshots and an excel checklist when completed. The website is in HTML, i attached the homepage's HTML source code if you wanna see it. Will supply FTP info. The URL is in the file name (obviously) if you wanna check it out. Budget: $30 - $40 max. Small project shouldnt take more than a couple hours.
