I would like to have an voip app running on android like skype or viber where the user ID would be from 10 to 13 digit numbers using the customer phone number. This App would be used for a private company and should be able to call one another and also send text messages using the 3g or wifi. Both phones needs to have the App to contact each other..... I need it to be running on a server where I can enter the person's number to activate the account.
