I need a skilled designer/css/html person to design two buttons with the text "cookies" and "feedback"- along with 2 facebook/google+ buttons they should be placed on the absolute right side of a "blank" page. When clicked upon the "cookies" should open up a simple popup layer on the middle of the screen with some simple text and a close button - telling the person about the fact that we use cookies on the page. The feedback should also open up a layer - I already have the content for it. The facebook/google+ icons should just open up a new page.
