Background for website in CSS

We require a freelancer to design a slick background for a new site to look very much like the Apple ipad (but not identical for ip reasons). The web content will be displayed on the 'screen of the ipad' and will contain four areas of content. These are a 120x600 banner down each side with a 248x600 pixel panel in the middle for text. Across the footer of the screen will be a 468x60 banner ad. On the body of the ipad should be four navigation buttons at the top with a 50x200 logo space. We require the design to be provided with CSS style sheet to display the design effectively across browser platforms. No further web programming or content is needed we will simply input this into your design using php and html.
