Banners for Remodeling Company

I need banners for a new remodeling and construction company. See that attached word doc for detailed project scope.
We do primarily residential remodeling (replace windows and doors, remodel bathroom and kitchens, siding, etc.)
No clip art. If possible please design in Adobe. Samples must be provided, don't submit a bid if you can’t provide a sample.
I need unlimited revision until we get the design to my satisfaction. When we reach the final design I will need the banners formats for web and print. I will post full milestone payment upon acceptance. No advance payments, as soon as files and copyright letter is signed full payment will be made.
I set the bid time to 48h because I don't need 30 bids. I will choose from the folks who get samples to me right away. Look forward to seeing the samples - any questions let me know.
