We are looking for a web designer to produce a professional looking "One Page" template website.
Key Features :
1. CMS - We want to be able to change content and images via an admin login.
2. CSS - We have HTML and CSS ability, so would like an annotated CSS so that we can modify the site style (ie.. generate our own themes)
3. Design - The site must be clean and professional with a modern design.
Below is an example "one page" website that we like, and have suggested modifications that we feel would suit our needs :

Changes to the above sample site/concept :
1. Website is to be in English
2. As per the sample URL supplied, we want the site to be a single page with 3 sections.
3. Each section will have a menu "link button" at the top, that will scroll the page to the beginning of the section.
4. Static Showcase/Banner picture.
5. CMS for uploading content in each section.
6. CMS for uploading images to each section.
7. Section Headings : About / Gallery / Contact
8. Right hand column to be for file downloads (pdf) and CMS uploadable.
9. Right hand menu to have two flavours - a. Short (stopping at bottom of about section) and b. Long (as per the sample url site).
10. Gallery section to have options (2 Images / 9 Images / 12 images).
We will leave the finer details to discuss with the successful candidate.
This is one of many projects our company is working on so there's a good chance of repeat business if we're happy with the final product.
