CSS customisation for html page, css and html files provided

I need someone to alter a style sheet (css) and change some html to make the attached page ([login to view URL]) look like: [login to view URL] or aligning with the look and feel but even better! I want this page to be SPECTACULAR !! I have bought the wordpress template, including the css stylesheet that would need to be taylored for the new page. A working demo is included in the zip file attached: "job-aid css [login to view URL]", just open the [login to view URL] and it should work. The job aid library html page consists of a table with four cells: Top left The top left contains a “dhtmlxcombo” control ([login to view URL]). The data is retrieved from an xml file attached ([login to view URL]). The idea is that the user selects an item from this list, a “View”, and the webpage takes that view and loads data into the treeview in the bottom left. Bottom left The dhtmlxtreeview control ([login to view URL]) also loads it’s content from an xml file, attached as treeview.xml. This is just an example as the real xml is generated dynamically. When the user click on a node in the treeview, the corresponding html is retrieved from a XML-RPC source (DokuWiki) and displayed in the bottom right. samples (incl used images) and documentation for these controls can be downloaden from the vendors website or I can deliver then upon request. Bottom right The bottom right will display various HTML content coming from dokuwiki. Top right The top right will contain two combo boxes (drop downs): One for “Templates:” the other for “Tools”. There are some business rules around the content of these drop down lists, but that is not important. The current web page looks like the screenshot in job-aid-lib.jpg. This could be a lead up to create a DokuWiki template to match the wordpress site and this one. So if you do an amazing job, there is more work in the pipeline.
