I am in need of a full website that completely describes a fictional city in the Southern California area. The site should look as legitimate as possible and include links to some real business in the area as well as links to other fictitious businesses. The fictitious city has a country club, catholic mission, high school, etc. I will provide some of the artwork and some of the copy. But I will depend on you to just “make it real.” It is important that this project be as detailed as any real city website might be. It should include maps, weather info, police, fire, community events, etc. Once it is completed you can even use it to market your skills to any municipality of your choice. You could make twice the money for a little over half the work. And I’m pretty sure a city would pay you more than I can. I already own the domain name for the city I just do not have the time to learn CSS and design the site. The project should not take more than 20 hours for a skilled web designer to complete.
