Convert HTML website to Drupal

Need a simple html site converted to Drupal. Drupal is installed already and is set up with bluemarine theme. I attached a print screen of what the site looks like. It has 9 links but I don't need the content to be uploaded, just blank pages created and the menu. The menu should be slightly re-designed using the "nice menus" modue and should have a nice clean look like the last menu from this link but using the colors that are on the current site [login to view URL] Also please install the webform and captcha module and create a simple contact form on the contact page. The urls for the new pages should be the same as the old site.
