Convert PSD to Wordpress themes - multiple widget areas

Following are the requirements for this project, someone who understand these well and can explain me can only bid, need this urgently so time would be major when selecting a winner for this project, please explain in PMB what you all you will do. [login to view URL] PSD to wordpress theme (psd has only home page, but there will be many pages which would almost same like menu,header,footer, etc would be same on all the pages, but different pages will have different contents) 2. Create widgets for banner(slider) 3. Create widget for Price box (2-3 different styles) 4. Ceate widget for price comparison table 5. Create widget for 3-4 different styled content boxes 6. Create 3-4 banners 7. Create many widget areas ie, header1,2,3, top1,2,3, maincontent1,2,3, sidebar1,2,3, footer1,2,3 etc(positions on the page, so I can place any widget or custom html anywhere in the page, these areas or positions should be avilable on all the pages, if I create a new pages same these widget areas or positions should be available on new page as well Bid without PMB would not be considered and put "I have checked" in the PMB so I know you have read the requirements carefully
