Converting HTML website to Wordpress

I have an existing website that was created in 2007 in HTML. I would like to have it converted to Wordpress so that I can make updates to it myself. I'd like to keep the design. It's a very simple website to serve more as a brochure than anything else. There are 16 pages, with 12 of them as sub-pages to one of the 4 pages in the navigation bar. Those 12 pages are tables of information. I can populate the tables with the content (which may need to be revised), but I need the template to be created in Wordpress.
