Create a sidebar image

We have a small one off task but need to get it right and therefore need your skills. We've recently done a deal with a celebrity and wish to create a simple image of the celeb to put in our sidebar and with some text incorporated in a professional way that is also in keeping with the style of our site. You need to select the correct size image, incorporate the text we provide you with and send to us in a format that allows us to simply insert it in to our word press site.
