Web site "re-branding"

Hello,
I am looking for individuals or companies with a strong knowledge of marketing and advertising to re-brand a 6 year old hosting company.
To give you an idea of what I am talking about, please take a serious look at one of your competitors ... www.ceonex.com. They offer a "total package" and their Recent Project page has several examples of what I am looking for in my re-designed web site.
The new web site must be interactive to catch the attention of the audience along with dynamically driven to allow for quick and easy updating. The re-design must tie into any printed (hand-out) material that will be used at trade shows.
It does not matter if the newly designed site starts from one of the 100s of web hosting templates available. But after doing some research on some to the post to another projects, it does matter what business you are in. In other words, if you provide hosting services and simply repackage templates calling that "design", please do not post a bid to my project.
In closing, I have a fairly good idea of the time involved in completing such a project and have budgeted accordingly.
