contemporary arab graphic artists

Hello I'm looking for a graphic designer with a strong urban arab art background. I need a web layout for contemporary muslim readers. I do not want the traditional stuff. Must be modern, minimal and strong. Only need a layout and graphics in Photoshop .psd - you do not have to slice or convert this to a webpage. Hence not wanting to spend more then $50 or $60 on this project. Its community and non-profit so if you'r muslim and would like to contribute for free, this would be appreciated and you will be credited for this.
