Build an Online Store from Ebay listings

Hello. I have an eBay store and I am looking for a solution to have all the inventory of my eBay store automatically/semi-automatically update a website. I would need to be able to update and sync the inventory periodically (twice a week or automatically) to keep the inventory current. That seems to be the biggest challenge. Please contact me with a general solution and once I am able to find a viable solution we can talk about the design and other features.
