For Apco Aviation ([login to view URL]), paragliding/paramotoring, company we need an online shop for lines orders.
The FULL FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS are written in the enclosed document.
The KEY ELEMENT of the website is an interactive webpage on which an image map (representing a sketch of lines) is linked to a scroll menu containing the list of lines available for a specific type of glider.
Each glider has a different sketch of lines and therefore different lines. However we will provide for every gliders the corresponding image map and list of lines.
The freelancer will start building the website for a few different paraglider/paramotor models and then the company will take over the filling out for the remaining models.
This is an on-going project as new glider models are created on regular basis. Then the back-end of the website has to be easy to handle for us as we will regulary upload new models and make changes.
It will be an interactive website using a database on which all company’s paraglider/paramotor detailed models will be uploaded.
Therefore a database also has to be created in addition to the website.
Main specifications:
• We will need a similar website of the following example: [login to view URL]
-> With these main additions:
o Additional interactive line schemes, visually indicating which line is chosen
o Additional custom made line order form, with lines to order according to type and length chosen by the user.
• It has to be independent from the existing company’s website ([login to view URL]) but similar in appearance e.g [login to view URL]
• The website has to be based on Virtuemart and Joomla and use a php server.
• It must work perfectly across all browsers and be correctly displayed for any kind of devices (smartphones, tablet, and computer).
Therefore it must not use Flash for the client side.
• It must easily updatable in order to add new models or new lines.
The freelancer must be very experienced, have high rating on freelancer.com, explain exactly what methods he will use for this project & be able to communicate clearly and be available by phone and on skype. Proficient English necessary.
Payment terms:
The budget is up to $1,000 with initial milestone of $100. Complete payment will be done only after thoroughly testing and debugging (60 days).
