Build an Online Store

GILBERT Australia [login to view URL] or [login to view URL], is a wholesale web site. Basic operation It runs on CF 8 using an MSAccess DB for the data. Data is imported and exported out of the Access DB into an excel spreadsheet. It is the Spreadsheet with the back office people use to control our business. (VERY Important) This project I require Stage 1 - A knew Theme, Set of Templates, Look and Feel for this web site. The new theme needs to have the details for an on line ordering/ shopping service. Samples to be supplied for my reveiw and approval I am allowing 1 day Stage 2. Using the agreed theme merge/ recode/ relayout the current web site into the new look and feel. Keeping all the current functions and work flow. I am allowing 4 days given all the coded and functions are available to you Stage 3. Make the site and on line shopping system This is a whoelsale site so NO prices shown until a Customeer login and they are enabled to view the wholesale prices. I am allowing 7 days. On line systems are standard these days so any coding should be vrey quick. Most of the data for the fields are including in the spreadsheet and some on the ACCESS DB you will need to update these and ensure the import/export to and from these too works Functions that need to be included are: All the standard function of a shopping cart i.e processes similiarly used on web site...[login to view URL], [login to view URL] 1. For a ranged items the ability to select a colour for the i.e r205 has 20 colours if I want to select a specific colour and add to cart I need to ne able to do it from the same page 2. Quick ordering (not requirement to registed) 3. Customer Registration (there are rules for this that I will provide when coding the registration process and conact us process to have a validations to stop spammers. 4. Customer to see base wholesale and their price (if volume discount is applicable). This will be set in the customer data. 5. Ability to a specific discount (it must not be in additional to the volume discount) for vouchers, specials, run out stock Freight 6. Payment can be done via Paypal or credit card, I already have this code/gateway being used on another web site. 7. When an item is ordered the inventory/stock reduced by the correct amount. When the order is processed and flagged shipped the stock count is kept at the reduced amount. If the order is cancelled or not shipped the stock count is increased by the correct amount. 8. Freight Calculation will be based on a table we supply. This must be used. This must also be updatable by us via the spreadsheet and imported into the DB
