Dear Sir, I have read your Project description & as far as .NET front-end is concerned, our team is very strong but we have not worked on Oracle, so I am sure if you can assist our developers, we can then work together. I have completed the lot of ASP.NET project and I'm ready to complete this you project as well. Based on my previous experience I have some questions to ask and a couple of suggestions as well. 1. What ASP.NET framework you prefer to use? The classic WebForms framework allow to to receive the first results much faster whereas ASP.NET MVC allow to develop more flexible code and use unit test to verify logic as well. Both framework support Ajax using so it will not a problem to develop your site with best responsiveness from start of work. I have an excellent experience with Ajax, using both pure JavaScript and some framework as jQuery. 2. If you need to obtain first prototype as early as possible I suggest to select WebForms framework as start point. It support some standard controls and infrastructure for user/login functionality including a registration page, password expiration/change page, forgotten password page, and create new user page. Also it will be possible to switch project to use MVC if needed. 3. I suggest to use Microsoft Entities for data access to Oracle. 4. If ASP.NET WebForms framework would be used for development some third-party controls could be used for tables, for example. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I am certificated .NET/C# programmer working with .net 13 years. I shall build modern ASP.NET MVC application with AngularJS in front. Standard authentication module will be modified for work under last version Entity Framework, code first variant – attaching any database will not be a problem. Responsive layout I prefer to build using CSS FlexBox layout but can do that with Twitter's layout if you prefer this tool. I shall use jqGrid for buildin Admin view .
