I have a very old web site I need to update. I have copied the static pages to an S3 bucket on AWS.

I need:
a) An ASP.net site master page created.
b) The 19 existing static web pages using the site master and updated to properly work with HTML5. There are numerous cellpadding, cellspacing, valign, align etc. used in the existing pages.
c) The pages put together in a VS 2012 or VS2013 ASP.net project.
I don´t need any of the dynamic content "Try it now", "My Account", "Purchase" updated at this time.
