Create a semantically correct menu (html/css and javascript only when really necessary)

Hello... * DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT REALLY A SENIOR/MASTER ON HTML/CSS * * DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH * I have a screenshot of how the menu should look exactly. Please contact me to see screenshot. I need it to be build in a generic way working right regardless of the number of menu items and subitems. We need a clean html, semantically correct. Styling should be done by css. By clean html I mean that classes should be avoided in html to mark specfiic items. Use proper selectors. Clean means use properly nested html without extra attributes. Like nav ul and li only. No class attribute. - The menu should work right regardless on menu items (zero to many items on each place) - should avoid javascript (css only). if javascript is REALLY needed, it should be jquery. - must work correctly on all modern browsers (ff, chrome, ie, safari, opera) - the first and last 2 items of the menu are images that I can provide - menu should work right even when menu items text is long (or short). - w3c valid html/css Thank you...
