I have created an Adobe Illustrator file with the header of a new website. I need the file to be cut and sliced, and the HTML/CSS created. - The HTML/CSS files should be optimised to minimize the amount of space used by the graphic files - Example: all gradients have to put as background-repeat to avoid unnecessary large files. - The HTML/CSS should be resizable to adapt to any screen type, however the maximum full size should be 994 pixels like in the image - The HTML/CSS code should be commented to understand what each element is, the names used should be self-explanatory - A jpeg of the header is attached for your reference. Once awarded I will send you the Adobe Illustrator file - This header is required for a Joomla 3.0 website, so please create it with that in mind. NOTE: This is a very small project that should not take more than 1.5 to 2 hours to an experienced web designer, so I will not consider any offers which total value is more than 2 hours worth of work.

the graphic is really nice, and I think that with a layered AI file we can really work miracles on this one :) It's gonna take a bit more than 2 hours since the media queries must be written for responsiveness but it can definitely have a very quick turn around time as a project ! also happy to see that you're from Guatemala, we don't get many of you guys here on FL, so it'd be an honor to work with you!
