Creative web/logo design

We are looking for a creative and professional designer for a small project. The project includes designing 1. Company logo 2. Main page for the website 3. Control panel page If we are happy with designer services, next project could include designing company letterhead, envelopes, business cards, email signature, etc. The website will offer interpreter services. There will be users who can sign up on the website: customers, who need interpretation and interpreters. We expect that our main customers will be the public/ municipal organisations as well as businesses, therefore the design should make them feel that they are dealing with a trustworthy partner. At the same time we want to show that we are a dynamic, young company in constant development and the design should reflect that as well. The third important component that we need to show is the interpretation process itself, which is serving to connect people speaking different languages, help them to find understanding. This could find expression in the logo as a combination of 2 differences or something connecting things. The design we have in mind is joyful colourful 2D graphical design, something like Skype with simple drawings. And finally the page should have a real wow effect.
