Create Mobile Optimised Version of 4 HTML Pages

We are looking for an experienced mobile hand coder to create a mobile optimised version of 4 html pages (all pages will follow the same template). The pages need to function correctly in all mobile browsers including the following: Iphone Blackberry Android These pages need to be hand coded in as simple and short form as possible, optimised accurately, efficiently and function correctly on the various screen sizes (resize images as necessary, reformat text as necessary in order to make the pages load quickly and accurately). It will be necessary to setup a specific [login to view URL] file to work with this. Ideally there will be no use of any UA detection or Java as the pages are so simple that this should not be necessary. Additionally, we require the pages to be tested by yourself to make sure they are 100% functional with the above mentioned handsets.
