CSS/HTML Template Design from Mockup

I have an existing Website that needs a redesign. It's musicians website and the look should resemble the new CD-cover and tour-poster.
I'm looking for a new template in CSS / HTML - I've searched template sites but couldn't find on that was easily adjustable to the content I have. - On the old site I have 14 pages, all in the left side navigation on the same level.. Maybe I can reduce the number, but most templates only come with 4 or 5 Areas...
I've attached a very basic mockup on how the old page looked like. The new page can have a similar structure, but make it look more modern, with rollover-navigation buttons, background images ...
Looking at the cover and tour-poster - you'll see what colors and style is needed. (and you'll find the domain name on the poster to look up the old page to get an impression)
I can provide Logo, Cover and Pictures in higher quality.
I expect a PSD-File with the Design, to be able to adjust details.
I also need a CSS file and two html-files, one for frontpage (navi + two colums), one for content (navi + single column)
[just lorem ipsum and one of the pictures as dummy content is fine]
