Custom Tour and Activity Booking System

We are a tour booking company seeking a custom checkout system for our tours and reservations. We currently offer ~50 tours and activities. This system not only needs to be fully customizable and aesthetically pleasing, it also needs to be very user friendly on the backend system for the Administrator. Here are the feature requirements: General Requirements 1. PayPal Integration with “Add to Cart” feature. 2. Customized Documents and automated booking confirmation, payment receipts, vouchers, balance reminders, pre-trip instructions, and post trip request for feedback, terms and conditions. Add additional information to booking emails such as maps, gear list, special instructions, directions, and other information our customers require. Programmed reservation system to automatically send. 3. Capture and Retain Critical Client Information to track special needs, contact information and other information we need to know about our guests in order to provide the perfect experience for them. 4. Flexible Programming dates, durations, seasonal pricing, group discounts, age based pricing and taxes. 5. Simple Automated Calculation of net rate and commissions owed. 6. Monthly sales summary (for export as PDF or XMS) 7. Calendar booking information and email reminders to customer and our company DETAILED REQUIREMENTS Email: • Notification of Reservation (to our business account) • Automatic personalized confirmation email with confirmation # (to customer) • Once confirmed, custom Tour Confirmation & Voucher (to customer) • Automatic email reminder 24 hours prior to scheduled activity. • Scheduled follow-up email (to customer) Tour Voucher: • Full page PDF Tour Voucher with company logo • Auto-fill Tour Voucher with customer/tour information *some manual data entry will be required for most tours* • Stored database of Tour Vouchers • Online lookup online with confirmation # provided (to see status of reservation/access tour voucher).
