Add items to my oscommerce store

i have an oscommerce store - [url removed, login to view]
i was looking for someone (or group) to add the items to my store. What I need is to essentially copy the store items from [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] . These three stores almost completely overlap.
I would like you to keep the product categories I have - but use the subdivisions heavily.
Here are the requirements
1. copy the contents of the three stores including pictures and descriptions. Do not overlap items obviously. If there are multiple variations of one item - just list it once worth its general name
2. Do not remove any sections I have added. Sections can be added but only if necesssary. Each item will need to be sorted correctly into the right section.
3. Each item and item category/sub category needs a picture. Subcategories need correct but original images, actual item images can be copied.
Avoid clearance items and other specific items like "special deals" . I will edit the store later - remove what I dont want, edit pictures, edit descriptions. There is no minimum of items to add, just get the majority of the stores stock and so that I virtually offer the three.
I will be available real time throughout - this is a simple repetitive task of copy and pasting and working through the oscommerce admin page.
