Converting Highwire Template to Volusion

We are wanting to move from our current ecommerce Host Highwire over to Volusion and need our current website template and design to be shifted over to Volusion.
The aim is for the new website on Volusion to look identical to the old Highwire website so that customers can't tell we've swapped over. There is no designing needed (as we already have the template on our current store). It will just require HTML, CSS and other coding to get the template over to Volusion.
You name your price and whether you want to be paid hourly or at a fixed price. We just want the job done, and done to a very high standard.
