Hello, I am looking for a website designer for a simple task. I desire to change the look of my website: [url removed, login to view] , to look like attached image file (at least the top and bottom frame plus the logo, menus are optional). Website is in Wordpress. I will provide the images for the frames, the house in the bottom right corner and the logo. Also I will provide FTP and Wordpress dashboard access.

Budget is $11 USD for this jobs, so new freelancers are welcome.
