Convert PSD to WP template

Hi,
I require a PSD converted to a WP template for .zip uploading to /wp-admin to use as a fully integrated website which is hosted independently.
It should take approx 4 hours of your time to convert this, ensuring that all elements are integrated ie. pages, comments, contact, menus, etc. Secondly the font Crumble Crayon is the default font which will need to be added to the template.
I will need to test the template for review and approval before payment is made.
