Allow website visitor to upload and add custom graphic to template

I would like to allow visitors to upload their own image to add to a product template so they can see what the finished product will look like before ordering. User should be able to upload photo, photo should show in template, user should be able to rotate and adjust photo size in template. Photo should not fill the two cutout holes in template. User does not need to be able to submit or save proof. This will just be for user to see how their photo will look on product. I would like to incorporate this into a current Wordpress website.
