Build a Dating Website - repost

Dating and Flirt (mobile and regular website) MUST Work good in tablets, Ipad, Iphone, android, blackberry, Mac, PC. The mission of this business is to create a dating and flirting website for online entertainment and meet up. The website will be very "picture" oriented with a look as a website like "[login to view URL]". [login to view URL] is another website that has some icons I like. I also want lots of colorful , crisp icons to appeal to a younger audience 18-40. This will also have a social networking aspect with public chat rooms, friends, posting walls like facebook. The goal is start free and eventually monetize website once user-base increases. I want those monetizing features to be built in so they can be (opted in via the back end admin) once the time comes. I also want the website to have basic report modules showing revenues for date ranges (1/1/2012-5/1/2012 *month/day/year- example) As business grows it needs to have paypal or merchant account compatibility as well as quickbooks integration for accounting. Suggestions on the quickbooks integration are welcome as I am new to this business. This list is not complete. I have about another page worth of requirements listed in this format. This is just a rough idea of what may be entailed, but there will be more work and features. Back end panel will have Owner admin panel and (restricted back end panels with username and password) for people like admin secretaries and managers where Owner amin panel can restrict capabilities like seeing revenues, etc. Paypal or merchant account connected Qickbooks integrated back end graphs showing revenue growth by month New sign ups by state or location reports on what services are used the most (and revenues) by date range Who's viewed me Webcams instant messages Add show off video (showcasing talent of some sort First 1,000 users in free then there is pay options to expand capabilities.
