I need someone to set up my coupon website. I have bought the template from Wordpress and downloaded it but I can't get any further. I need some one to set it up for me: my site is to advertise coupons from hair and beauty salons in Cumbria. I need a background showing a typically Cumbrian scene and then I want to be able to load affiliate links for hair and beauty offers and I want local salons to be able to load their vouchers too.
