Create a Member Sign-up Process : Potential members are directed to website to sign up for program Dynamic signup sheet on website based on which Directors they want to sign up under Members input their contact information Nonrefundable Deposit needs to be due at the time they sign up Discount codes for ministry discounts or other discounts given to members ahead of time Member also have the option to pay for it all up front and receive a discount (discount offered at discretion of director) or pay for it on a monthly basis through credit card Members need to sign liability, confidentiality, and financial terms electronically Members need to pay electronically - maybe both credit card and or bank account information - possibly only bank account to cut down on credit card fees Admin Functions: Setup Program fees for each director. Setup contract terms to load dynamically Payments made online will be deposited into two accounts for accounting purposes, based on the director selected by the member A PDF should be generated and sent to director, admin, and member at the time they sign up Other Details: There are no member specific access areas on the site. Members use website for signup only
