I need a website where employers can post jobs, and job seekers can find jobs! Website to be set on my domain upon completion. Please note the following...
*Simple front page with customized slideshow
*simple logo at top
*The website is to have FULL BACKEND ADMIN PANEL
*Website to be responsive and optimized for mobile & other devices
*Standard job listings to be free
*job seekers to be able to upload their resume, personal statement and have a candidate profile, along with a profile photo
*All members to have mandatory fields to complete while registering, e.g. name, email etc
*Employers to have a profile with photo or logo, also a verified and non verified status display
*Button to apply to be verified for employers
*Only employers and admin can view jobseeker profile, other jobseekers can not!
*Job seekers can view employer profile and verified status
*Job seekers can go private or public with their profile
*Report button next to job listings
*Ability to suspend linstings/members violating rules
*Option for listing premium ads, which will be paid for!
*Employers pay via credit system
*Payment made via online card payment is converted to credits
*Ability to take online card payment
*Ability to issue refund or compensate with free credit to a particular employer or groups
*members to have the ability to log in using Facebook / twitter
*ability to place ads on front page, google ads, banners etc
*ability to communicate with all members, groups, individuals seperately
*This website will have a localized currency specific to a particular country
* Website to have a specific country set as default
* Job seeker to be able to respond to a listing via APPLY BUTTON
* employers and jobseeker to be able to correspond via website only
* Website to be neatly designed and safe
* Mailing list and option to opt in or out (employer group, job seeker group)
The bid winner milestone,
After initial discussion and go ahead, you will start design work, install it on your server and show me the site, i will release 30%.
Necessary changes will be made, cross check, once satisfied, release a further 30%
You will fully complete and secure website, install on my domain, release 40%
