Consult with Video Process

We are looking to add the ability for our client's customers to upload videos onto the clients website. We need to either integrate something like YouTube or Google Videos where people can upload their videos easily or something else off the shelf. The end user needs to upload the video and see it on the website but not be taken else where. We need to consult with a person who has done this before and prehaps use their services. Thanks! Kelly
