Convert a Template to a Website

Hello, I would try to be as precise as possible:

The website is a music sharing website. You can take a look at it on [url removed, login to view]

These are the changes I want to make to the site:

1) On the website at the moment if a user upgrades to the pro account, you have access to more storage and view more stats.

• I want to add an “upload album” function to be made available to pro accounts. i.e. when the upload button is clicked, the user should see a pop-up with two options: “song” and “album”. If it’s a pro user, the album button option should be enabled else, a “Go Pro” option should be made available to normal users that links to the go pro page. This “Go pro” option should be displayed the way it is displayed on the statistics page. The “upload album” function should inherit all the attributes from upload songs the only addition is to allow a pro user upload up to 20 songs at once (i.e. attach more song file but only one picture like the song). The edit option should also be available.

• Pro users should be able to upload pictures and short videos (about 5 seconds) too. The pictures and videos should have all the attributes of the song (like, share, repost) and it should appear on the profile, steam and explore pages like the songs.

(please note: Subscription for pro is available monthly and yearly. If subscription for pro expires, these features are not available to the user until he/she subscribes again)

2) I want to change the payment getway. It currently uses PayPal. I want to use vouguepay (you can google that) so the payment currency becomes Nigerian Naira.

• The website allows the admin to change info about the payment like amount, and merchant Id. I want you to take that into consideration.
