Convert a Template to a Website

Our current website on Volusion is using a template that we designed originally in 2011. It has been updated since then, and is, overall, a good website.
Our number one problem right now is that it is not responsive.
We are looking for a contractor to convert our website from its current form to a responsive site.
This will include, but may not be limited to:
1. Converting the current template to responsive while keeping the same look and feel of site.
2. Developing a template for a responsive category page.
3. Developing a template for a responsive product page.
4. Converting the current product pages (over 800) to the new product page template while maintaining the carefully crafted structure of the product page description and layout.
5. Identifying any gaps or issues in our current category and subcategory tree for proper nav bar menu utilization.
I will provide a page by page SOI of what is important to maintain in the page no matter the device it is seen on.
The contractor who can best communicate how he or she will accomplish this with Volusion and has experience with that platform, for a reasonable price and a quick turnaround will be successful in getting our bid.
