Convert AI mockups to HTML+CSS with Foundation

I need an experienced web developer to convert existing web page layouts in an Adobe Illustrator file to HTML+CSS using Foundation framework. Possibly Javascript needed, definitely just plain HTML+CSS mockups on top of Foundation that I'll use later to make up a working site. The layouts should work for IE11, and latest versions of MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Apple Safari for OSX and Apple Safari for iOS. The device compatibility will be split by the amount of pixels available on the chosen device. Therefore the layout would support a desktop resolution ( > 1000px ) and a tablet resolution ( > 600px < 999px ). The design will adapt for the available width using a responsive design. This will involve repositioning, adapting and removing elements to suit the width of the screen. The client wants to use Foundation framework for this site. The AI file contains about 14 screens and 2 dead simple modal windows. All of the screens are quite similar - they just represent the page being in different states (user clicked a button, a notification icon appeared etc). The entire layout of screens and features is attached as a png. Most of the other screens are a lot simpler. As a result, I would need you to give me 1 clear and well-structured CSS file and 16 consistent HTML files. Will send the AI file itself privately. After successful completion, I'd be eager to offer additional work to the freelancer that proves to produce clear high-quality code.
