Hi, The solution we are looking for is an online sales platform providing direct login access to customers which will provide customers access to financial products and services available on the platform. The following will be the key components of the platform. a. CRM to capture background information of customers and the products / service and its vendors. b. Fee computation based on defined business parameters c. Chat room that enable Customer to chat / arrange conference call / webinar directly with product / service vendors and allow placing orders through chat room. d. investment transactions accounting / data file upload and portfolio / confirmation notes and other reports generation, automatic distribution to customers by email e. document storage f. Reconciliation with different database (eg: customer holdings with custodian statement)
