Turn my spreadsheet into a website or web application -- 2

Hi, I have two spreadsheets which my clients use to enter data, such as Name, Address, D.O.B, a list of currently held assets etc.. Ideally, I would prefer this spreadsheet to be turned into some kind of personalised website/web app which my client would have to log in to and then subsequently enter all this. Once the client has entered the required data, they would then click ‘Save’ and all the data would be converted into a PDF document which they can save. I do not require the programme to hold any client information at all. • Page 1 – Log on page similar to: [login to view URL] • Page 2 – This will be the Homepage and will have the following links: o ‘Fact Find’ This is Spreadsheet 1. (This link will take the user through all the tabs as per Excel Spreadsheet titled ‘Example FactFind 2’.) o ‘Assets’ This is Spreadsheet 2. (This link will take the user through all the tabs as per Excel Spreadsheet titled ;Example FactFind’. Thereafter a series of linked points (i.e. steps) as per the spreadsheets where the user can go back and forth easily. Each page will have a ‘Next’ and ‘Back’ button except the last which has ‘Save PDF’. Each tab per spreadsheet will represent one page. The website/web app will need to be branded as per the company website – www.capitalwealthrc.co.uk. I will upload the Spreadsheets to the successful bidder.
