This task is to recreate the design/interface of web site based desktop app. Stage 2 will be design for mobile. In order to have your bid considered, you will have to provide a one page proposed sample design after I provide you the web address. If you don't agree, don't bid. Your bid should be based on a site with 15 principal pages. You must have app not just web design design experience. Delivered work will be within a timeline we agree upon. If you do not complete on time, you will not be paid. Too many freelancers state 1 week and it becomes 2 months. Therefore this term will be stringent.
