Wordpress Page Design (YOU MUST READ THE ADVERT!)

Hi, YOU MUST BE VERY GOOD AT WEB DESIGN!!!!!! And available to do this job now. I have a page already made and its a lot of text. I need someone to neaten it up and break-up the text so that it doesn't look as daunting. So a few boxes and pictures that type of thing, maybe even a colour change for the background. This should be a simple for someone who knows that they are doing. So I will only pay $30. Also, you must view the page [login to view URL] and then send me an example of what the changes will be. So you MUST send me a link to another webpage that is a good example of the changes you intend to make to the page. You must also have Skype for text chat only. YOU MUST EITHER SEND ME A WEBPAGE WITH AN EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU WILL SET OUT THE PAGE OR WRITE UP YOUR PLANS. IF YOU FAIL TO DO THIS I WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR APPLICATION.
