I am looking for: Web Developer/Coder: Job Requirements -Front end development (HTML, CSS, Java script, Jquery) -Basic back-end knowledge (PHP, ASP.net) -Database Knowledge (MS SQL, My SQL) -iOS and Andriod - Optional -SEO, SEM – Optional ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Needed Digital web developer In-house Digital Marketer and Web Designer to develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels along with creating and designing a site or page. Responsibilities - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns. - Design, build and maintain our social media presence. - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point. - Creating web site designs including layout and coding producing sample sites/Create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Keeping up-to-date with recent technological and software developments. Requirements BS degree in Design or Marketing or a related field Proven working experience in web design and development Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Solid knowledge of website analytics tools Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns Reliable knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Fluent in English (written and spoken).
