Create App for Window tablet lanscape mode only

I am expertise in Windows Phone and Windows Tab application development. I have solution to load pdf/ video from server. Normally the files will be stores as bytearray/base64string in the server. I can convert the files into IstorageFile which can be used in the Windows Phone/Tab.
