App Developer - Real Estate Investing Evaluator(repost)(repost)

This should be a very easy task for most qualified coders. My client has a spreadsheet that he uses to evaluate investment properties. He simply wants to turn it into an application that his students can use. We'll start with a Windows app but I'd also like to hear from coders who are proficient with creating iPhone apps. IF you can do both, even better. The spreadsheet has approximately 50 input fields and I can send pre-qualified applicants a copy to review.
