DNN technical code review ASAP

I have just inherited some code from a customers old dev guy. I need a code review done tonight on this and a report made that outlines a good review at a high level of the way the system was built.

To make sure you know what I am looking for id like to have feedback on the quality of the code, stored procedures, data structure, and overall architecture of the system. This is a new project from a client and I need to be able to tell them if this code is good or if we need to advise starting over. If you can do a technical review of this and then provide to me a document, that would be very helpful. Any technical flaws, sloppy things would be good to know.

I have a deadline for my document in about 10 hours from now so please let me know if there is any reason you wont be able to hit this deadline with me

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
